So midsummer was very nice, a very nice and relaxing day spent with my love!

Since I dont drink I feel on top of the world compared to my beloved boyfriend whos very hung over today hahahah

weight, its a problem cause I constantly see skinny people!

So I have for a few months now been feeling bloated and now since im on my summer break I have checked my weight and realized I need to start working out, since no sparring partners are available I need to do something else about it.

Oh darn, im slowly but surly realizing im growing and by that I mean weight wise. Im out growing my pants its the theights the most. This is the place most people reach at one point or at another and mine is now. I dont know how to approach it exactly. I mean I dont want to part with my clothes and I cant afford to go on a shopping spree. But at some point I will have to toss some of my old clothes and it will be hard, but I can comfort myself by saying some do have a few years on them. Its still hard to realize that its happening, but I have gone a lot of years being the same size.

I have decided to tackle this problem the cheapest way which is to start running in the morning ughhh, and maybe eating smaller portions ughhhh. Well something has got to be done since im not very comfortable in my own body anymore. I dont know what my ideal weight is suppose to be but i weight 64 kg now and I want to loose about 4 pounds I guess.

I love me and my happiness is all that matters to me. So I do need to do something about this bloating feeling I have. Starting today

What a day !
We drove out to the ocean and walked along the shore. There are big rocks and huge waves, the sun shining and the wind blowing. Everything ways awesome. The dog was in heaven playing and jumping all over the place, he even gave him self a black eye. I got to read a book of my own personal interest to the sound of waves. We had some cookies and enjoyed a monster. We were lucky, the prediction of rain was inaccurate for us at that moment so since it had been a sunny day we decided to head back. Well we gather our things and the car keys are no where to be found. So as confident as he could be he thought the keys were in the car we walked all the way back and to our surprise they were not there. The window was cracked so as he went back to  search , I managed to prie the window down bruising my arm but I got in. Me and the doggy sat and patiently waited until we called for assistance . Thank god his dad was in the neighborhood and had business in our town , so a ride coffee and a hamburger layer I'm sitting in our car on our way home to see what the doggy has destroyed in the kitchen since the cage is in the back seat. Well this wad a great day. I got to see people and have an adventure which is quite different to all my be home alone and board days/nights.
