Work.hard everyday.

Being fit means eating clean to stay lean.

Try to work out,
Weights
Cardio
Yoga
Pilates
Jogging / biking

Atleast 3 Times a week, less then that results take longer to feel and show.

Hard work and dedication.
Dont forget muscles weigh more, so going up in weight is ok, keep cardio up and drink water and soon results are Crystal clear. :-)
